Mrs. Barbara J. Lilly of Powhatan died February 7, 1984. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Mabel L. Paschell, Mrs. Ruth L. Williams, Mrs. Madeline L. Forsee; one son, Leonard L. Lilly; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren. Her remains rest at the Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home’s Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull St. Rd., where services will be held Thursday, 2 p.m. Interment will be in the Graceland Baptist Church Cemetery, Powhatan County, Va.
