Jimmy H. Cahoon, 75, of Powhatan, passed away at home August 12, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn M. Cahoon; four children, James H. Cahoon, Jr., Valerie Lambert, Brant Cahoon, Pam Dillard; two step children, Joe Bise, Annette Ferguson; sister, Mary Hellinger; sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4pm Sunday in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1pm in the Graceland Baptist Church, Powhatan. Interment church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
